This was a great experience for my family. My kids had the waffles and French toast both were delicious. I had the croissant breakfast sandwich wow amazing! The breakfast burrito was a little small for my man but no problem he got a croissant breakfast sandwich as well. They also have pastries that are delicious.

Awesome little place to get breakfast and coffee in the morning before work or on days off. All the locals love this place and it is easy to see why.

The blueberry muffin bar was amazing! Didn't like the breakfast sandwich as much. I have to say that if one had to be good, glad it was the blueberry muffin bar!

Stopped here at 9:40 on a Friday morning, on our way out of town. The place was hopping! We ordered a breakfast burrito and egg bowl to go and couldn’t resist the homemade cookies (snickerdoodles and chocolate chip pecan) for dessert tonite. Super friendly, great service!

Great carrot cake muffin and the coffee was just right. Very friendly service and atmosphere. Definitely a repeat place.

Very cozy cute blue house, not too far away from Albertsons Market, very glad we tried this place for breakfast before we headed out, tasted pretty fresh and yummy, definitely will come back while we are in town!!!

I had the granola and it was pretty good they let you swap out dairy milk for vegan options. However the staff isn’t friendly and had poor customer service skills.

Awesome Machiato, and ham & cheese! Delicious oats, cranberries, nuts, raisins, and warm milk! Excellent courtesy and just great "home cooked comfort". Enjoy!

What a gem here in Carlsbad! Absolutely the best coffee and breakfast around. Bakery items are always fresh and delish. Lovely atmosphere inside the coffee shop and outside on the porch or patio.

Breakfast is great, the portion for the egg bowl is small but just in comparison to overly large portions everywhere else. My wife loves the everything bagels.

Food was good and quick. Staff was friendly and informative. Indoor seating is limited, but if it's a nice day there is plenty of outdoor seating.

Wife and I spent a couple of days in Carlsbad and ate here both mornings. Fantastic food and staff were very friendly. Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

They open as early as 6am so we stopped here to get breakfast before we head to Carlsbad Cavern. They have a delicious chai latte and good selection of pastries.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. This place is too cute to pass up! I love the atmosphere and food. You have to try it, at least once. Get a cinnamon roll, you won’t regret it. 😃

The old house is more welcoming and has more personality than the staff. Seems like being a local is the only way to ensure friendly service? Which is a shame... At least they can pull a good shot.Grabbed a latte and croissant to go.

Great little place! We stopped here to get breakfast & liked it so much we opted to have breakfast here the next morning before leaving town! They make everything from scratch so if they run out of something you'll have to get there earlier the next day! Very popular place with the locals & tourists (like us)! The employees are great with their customers and extremely efficient so don't let the long line deter you from waiting - it doesn't take long & it's well worth the wait!

Croissants, smoothies, french toast - all a huge hit with the fam. Perfect vacation breakfast and reasonably priced!

Cute venue, food is good. The staff is very rude. Cute girl with the squeaky voice goes out of her way to be snooty. I cant wait till she leaves, then the place will be a nice place to meet friends.

Blue House? More like purple house. Colors aside, the service is excellent, coffee is great and the price is acceptable. They close at noon though so you need to get your coffee quick. Well worth it.

Blue House is cozy and has a local homey feel. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee hit the spot. This place is a must for anyone visiting the area!

Friendly place. Food was fantastic. It seemed that they knew most customers by name and took the time to ask how they were. The service was super fast. The seating is a bit limited, but it didn't detract from the experience.
